History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Dyer. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born in the west. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Spice Merchant kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
