History: Randal was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
