History: He got into the Laborer business at a young age. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. The war was a terrible time for him, and Miles does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Chad alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
