Description: 5'8" and muscular, this southern man wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born in the south to a Cartwright, Arnold learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cartwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cartwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a white vest and prefers violet and brown shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has shaved his head bald. His eyes are brown.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When Aldous reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to raise his children well

Description: An older man who dresses well, wearing tan shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is auburn, silky, and of moderate length. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dean fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
