History: Richard was born with his mother's beautiful face. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
