Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he wears an entirely black suit with red socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Roger was born the youngest of three triplets. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Bookbinder kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears a yellow costume with the symbols of luck on his torso. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy blonde hair. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Assassin but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: The child of a Interpreter, who enjoyed hunting, Charles was taken on many hunting expeditions. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His brown hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'11" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.
