History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
