His first spouse was a Crown-heir, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born in the north to a Shipwright, Gerard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Ernest lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

History: He was born in the west. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Gerald never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
