Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Manfred grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sickle.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

History: Born in the south to a Ruler, Randal learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He became a Ruler soon after.
