History: Diggory was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and wants a kiss

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Shipwright who has hired him part-time. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.

History: Roland hails from a village terrorized by drow. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Roland alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Robert isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Fortune-teller but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He has worked as a Fortune-teller like his father before him.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.
