When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born in the west to a Servant, Nicholas learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To be a Barber again.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He uses divination through singing.

History: Diggory was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Body Guard. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and to be a sculptor again

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mason. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
