Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Trym was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. At some point he was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His auburn hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He has a large blue mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his brown robe. He wears his silver hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Roger is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Tanner they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Assassin, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He became a Assassin soon after.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
