History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He has wavy auburn hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tim grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tim. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Miner arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now mingles about in high society.
