Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Ernest is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When Ernest reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Detective. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north.
