Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born in the west to a Mayor, William learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. William abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.
