History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A gifted student he started as a Detective, but he got bored and became a Painter. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Painter for hire.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a tan shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and blue pants. His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he prefers to wear flannel. He is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around his ears. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his youth he was a Body Guard, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Patrick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and seeks redemption

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born in the north to a Butcher, Percival learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Fortune-teller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he's looking for his big break

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Barrister arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
