Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears a blue cloak and cross-gartered green stockings. His hair is auburn and curly. His eyes are gray and beady.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His first spouse was a Locksmith, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Description: With pastel face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he is renowned for his bright green suits and hats. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving The war was a terrible time for him, and Miles does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Miles was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Locksmith. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to end his boredom

Description: 5'8" and muscular, this southern man wears a worn and beaten armor. His hair is golden, silky, and of moderate length. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: To unite with his brother; and wants to raise his children well

Description: This tall, slender man does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is a Bellfounder first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He worked as a nervous Bellfounder and found it very stressful. He tends to his Bellfounder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bellfounder and was forced into it by his family.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Seamstress for hire.
