Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. When Percival reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to find somewhere to settle down

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Guard for the past few years.
