Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he tends to wear a large brown jacket. He keeps his brown hair in a pixie cut. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: He wears a worn and beaten armor. He carries with him a set of rapiers on his belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. He wears his blonde hair up. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: An older man who typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull white iron scale mail, he is not a threatening figure. His white hair is still thick. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Glassblower work with an outfit from a few towns over. Glassblower work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
