Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Lance is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. After a long history of fighting, Lance and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He bought a dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He became a Fletcher soon after.

History: He is a Lycanthrope in disguise. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Everard was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
