Personality: Shane speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When Shane reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shane fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Unemployed.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Unemployed responsibilities is difficult; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: A middle-aged man, he tends to wear a black poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt, and is pretty ugly. His hair is cut close to his head. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He bought a kukri and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: This exceptionally lanky man usually wears his red robe and has his sai always slung over his shoulder. He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands.

History: The child of a Barkeep, who enjoyed hunting, Jocelyn was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to prove his worth to the world
