He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Nicholas was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He now owns his own business.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.
