Description: An older man who wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, he is not a threatening figure. He has shaved his head bald. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born to a Spice Merchant, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Personality: Adam hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. At a young age his father died while driving off some orcs. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in rapier use. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and seeks redemption

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. After a long history of fighting, Anselm and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Gardener, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
