Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His skin is also unnaturally pale. He sports a flattop hair cut. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: This man wears baggy black pantaloons and a brown scarf. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His skin is flawless and his gray eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He got into the Blacksmith business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He became a Blacksmith soon after.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

His auburn hair is singed and shortened. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Drogo and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to work out more often

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'10" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His long silver hair reaches down to his waist. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He got into the Shipwright business at a young age. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Diggory and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and sabotage a competitor
