History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Chad abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. During his travels, Chad and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Chad discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Chad fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: He was born into a rich family. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He tends to his Mason job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Hubert hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Through the years after Hubert was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Hubert's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
