History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Norman was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Bather and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: He was born into a rich family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature kukri.
