He wears a white armored body suit, with a simple grey line shooting up and back down. His black hair is long and unkept. Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Hugh alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
