When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Henry hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Through the years after Henry was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Henry's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Trey grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. After a long history of fighting, Trey and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. Henry enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Henry was a troubled youth. Being a Cartwright kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
