Description: He wears a worn and beaten armor. He carries with him a set of nunchakus on his belt, each one with a topaz on the hilt. His head has been shaved. His eyes are violet and catlike.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 14. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: Seeks redemption; and retire the richest man in the west

Description: This slender man stands about 5'6". He is wearing a long, tan cloak. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He was born into a rich family. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He is content; and balancing his hectic life and new blacksmith responsibilities is difficult

Description: He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light blue in addition to tight pants. He carries with him a set of crossbows, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His white hair is long and unkept. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: Justin hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Justin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Stableman. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by lycanthropy.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to be a bricklayer again

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: To be a Shipwright again.
