Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears suspenders and blue workpants. His shirt is brown, and he wears a heavy blue leather apron most of the time. His brown hair is cut short. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Ernest hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Ernest was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: He is renowned for his bright grey suits and hats. He carries with him a set of monstrous two handed axes on his belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. He sports a flattop hair cut. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Charles is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Description: He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light red in addition to tight pants. He has a very tight haircut. His eyes are likewise gray.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Henry took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up kukri and armor he uses now. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
