History: He comes from a rich southern family. Through the years after Gerard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Gerard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has a red handlebar mustache and slicked back red hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Frederick was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature mace.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: He wears blue painted combat armor at almost all times. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He has a very tight haircut. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: Geoffrey was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and wants to raise his children well

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He tends to wear a brown poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He has styled his golden hair well, parting it to the left. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and wants to work out more often

Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his whip, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. His long auburn hair reaches down to his waist. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Percival abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.
