History: Alex was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His childhood dream was to be a Courier, but he was a colossal failure. He became a Mayor soon after.
