Description: The dark-skinned man stands 5'1" and wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a flail, but if one is not available he will default to his shortbow. He sports a long auburn beard, and similarly colored long hair. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Theodoric grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Theodoric. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Animal Trainer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: Rolf hails from a village terrorized by goblins. A freak accident while working with his Tailor father left him crippled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Revenge; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: Don was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Don abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Born to a Unemployed, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. After a long history of fighting, Theodoric and his spouse have recently divorced.
