Description: This late middle aged man dresses like a well dressed Painter does and is in decent physical shape. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Balimaar hails from a village terrorized by drow. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Balimaar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Balimaar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
