History: Rolf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He got into the Marshal business at a young age. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Rolf never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
