Description: He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'0" when asserting himself. His hair is white and curly. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Robert took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Robert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: This tall, slender man wears suspenders and green workpants. His shirt is white, and he wears a heavy green leather apron most of the time. He wears a colorful flower in his brown hair. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sailor for hire.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Sailor responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This man stands a little under 6'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a ceremonial dagger, but if one is not available he will default to his mace. He keeps his brown hair in a pixie cut. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Carter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and expand his business

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Hunter hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Hunter alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and revenge
