Personality: He is fixated on the number 78. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Gerald lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mercenary they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Servant, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Jocelyn was born the youngest of three triplets. After coming to the age of reason, Jocelyn took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it
