Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. A true patriot, Rolf would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Rolf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He tends to his Performer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
