Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His black hair is still thick. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: Born in the west to a Priest, Richard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to be a mercenary again

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He is dressed in earthy colors with a green and tan handkerchief worn on his right side. His white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.

Description: An older man who is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, he is not a threatening figure. He has silver hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Roland was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Roland decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Banker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'10". He wears bulky grey painted plate armor, and his gloved hand is found clutching a mace. His white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Gerald was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: He was born into a rich family. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. After a long history of fighting, Ralf and his spouse have recently divorced.
