Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bookbinder arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Guy was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Guy's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Simon is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the east to a Navigator, Simon learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Simon has worked very hard to control his curse. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
