He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: Gifted from a young age, Percival studied abroad. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
