History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Lance reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Performer business.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Performer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Performer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Performer job and began his own company from there.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. After months of barely getting by, Heward managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Priest who has hired him part-time. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Dean lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and wants his loneliness to end
