History: Bertram lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His golden hair is smooth and relatively long. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. At a young age his father died while driving off some gnolls. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in rapier use. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Description: He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head, and he perpetually has his sai ready. He keeps his brown hair in a pixie cut. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Voice: Loud with bravado

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His white hair, when down, is lengthy. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. Rolf enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Rolf took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up whip and armor he uses now. After a long history of fighting, Rolf and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. His amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His childhood dream was to be a Marshal, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Marshal, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
