Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Alex has worked very hard to control his curse. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he wants revenge against giants

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His golden hair is greasy and uncared for. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His first spouse was a Weaver, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His silver hair is smooth and relatively long. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Miles was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Description: This slender man stands about 5'9". He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. He keeps his long chestnut hair kept up in a rat tail. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He takes great joy in being the best Layabout in town.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bernard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is greedy; and balancing his hectic life and new layabout responsibilities is difficult
