Description: With grey face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He has a very tight haircut. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Chad lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). During his travels, Chad and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Chad discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Chad fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Description: An older man who wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with violet colored cloaks and clothing, he is not a threatening figure. He has wavy red hair. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Thomas grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

He has a small bristly mustache and wavy brown hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears a brown coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon his head. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is golden and curly. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to reunite with his old friends
