Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Balimaar was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Courier. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
