Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone.
