Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Jocelyn's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Odo was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Ruler. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
