Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Navigator for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Navigator responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears blue leather gloves, a blue jacket, and tight pants. He has no hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he has a large red mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his black robe. He has wavy black hair. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
