Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born in the south. At some point he was captured by giants and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He has a long brown beard with little hanging trinkets. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away; and revenge

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around his neck, and a trident on his belt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'3" when asserting himself. His brown hair is singed and shortened. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Armorer mother left him crippled. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is an amazing painter.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Herbalist for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he's repulsed by the pc

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Being a Cartwright kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has decided he is irredeemable
